Qualitative inspection of the single-channel traces presented in both Figures 3 and 4 shows that within bursts of activity, βAnc-containing AChRs display a marked reduction in open probability. To quantify these differences in single-channel behavior, we performed dwell-time analysis under high-reso

• ATX LPA signaling in cancer

  2024-08-15

ATX/LPA signaling in cancer is also well known to promote chemotherapy and radiotherapy resistance [7]. Furthermore, others have recently shown that endothelial-derived ATX activity in renal cell carcinoma promotes renal tumorgenesis and acquired resistance to sunitinib through an IL-8-mediated mech

  2024-08-15

Conclusions In sum, enhanced incentive motivation in obesity-prone rats is mediated by NAc CP-AMPARs. These neurobehavioral differences may render obesity-susceptible populations more sensitive to the motivational influence of food cues, producing more intense, focused, “wanting” that may limit t

Since the publication of the 2011 guidelines, data have continued to accumulate indicating that the cognitive decline in AD occurs continuously over a long period [6–8], and that progression of biomarker measures is also a continuous process that begins before symptoms [9–14]. Thus, the disease is n
